Real Estate Transactions:

We represent buyers, sellers and lenders in both commercial and residential real estate transactions, from the sale or purchase of homes and vacant land to multi-million dollar transactions.  We issue title insurance on these transactions as agents for Attorneys Title Insurance Fund. As a result, our client is obligated to provide title insurance, there is no need to pay additional fees to a title insurance agency. 

When the seller is paying for the title insurance, we represent the buyer for a reasonable, fixed attorney's fee.  We are on the approved closing list of residential lenders and act as the attorney for commercial lenders as well.

While the bulk of business is focused on Real Estate Closings and Title Insurance, we also handle purchase and sale agreements, construction agreements, development contracts, 1031 exchanges, leases and land trusts. We strive to facilitate closings while protecting our clients' assets.  Michael A. Pyle is board certified as a specialist in real estate law.
