We represent clients in forming and maintaining entities, including corporations, limited liability companies, land trusts, and similar matters. Land trusts are a unique form of ownership of real property. They are so flexible that they are one of our favorite entities.
While one can create corporations and limited liabilities online without an attorney, most people who do so often ignore the need to create the related documents, such as bylaws or operating agreements. Entities may be utilized in order to hold real estate, or to manage a business. We also handle sales and purchases of business assets, and general business matters.
Pyle & Dellinger also creates condominium documents, and represents homeowners and condominium associations, including time share condominiums, in their general corporate and legal matters.
