Biography
Denise Knox joined Pyle & Dellinger in June of 2004. She came to us with 5 years prior experience as a paralegal for both other local firms and firms in Iowa and Nebraska. Denise graduated from 18 months of U.S. Navy training specializing in Aviation Electronics on F/A-18 Fighter Jets.
Denise’s work concentrates in the areas of commercial, new construction and residential real estate transactions, business transactions and 1031 tax deferred exchanges. She also handles creation of LLCs, corporations, land trusts and condominiums.
